MacBook Pro 16" (M2 Pro/Max, 2023) questions

Will I actually get $800?
That is our top price, and it is for the best possible MacBook Pro 16" (M2 Pro/Max, 2023): top chip, most memory and storage, no damage, nothing wrong with it. Everything else prices below it. The questions above are how we work out where yours lands.
Do I need to turn off Find My Mac?
Yes, before we meet. We cannot buy a MacBook Pro 16" (M2 Pro/Max, 2023) with Find My still switched on. It stays locked to your Apple account. System Settings → your name → iCloud → Find My Mac → off. Sign out of your Apple account too.

Do you buy a MacBook Pro 16" (M2 Pro/Max, 2023) with a cracked screen?

Yes. Damage lowers the offer rather than disqualifying the device. Pick the closest condition in the questions above and tell us anything else that is wrong with it. Broken ones are still worth money.

How do I check how much storage my MacBook Pro 16" (M2 Pro/Max, 2023) has?

Apple menu → About This Mac → More Info → Storage. If you are not sure, pick the size you think you bought. We confirm it when we meet, and the offer follows the real one.
