Valve Index questions

Will I actually get $225?
That is our top price, and it is for the best possible Valve Index: largest storage, no damage, nothing wrong with it. Everything else prices below it. The questions above are how we work out where yours lands.
Do I need to remove my Google account?
Yes, before we meet. A Valve Index that is factory reset with a Google account still on it locks on the setup screen and we cannot resell it. Remove the account first (Settings → Accounts), then reset.

Do you buy a Valve Index with a cracked screen?

Yes. Damage lowers the offer rather than disqualifying the device. Pick the closest condition in the questions above and tell us anything else that is wrong with it. Broken ones are still worth money.
